Studying at the London Screen Academy presented Leon with many fantastic opportunities in film sound mixing. However, it wasn’t long before he discovered the incomparable buzz of music studio rehearsals and working backstage at live gigs.
He takes great pride in working for HLVB, delivering renewed travel documentation to clients with timekeeping and confidentiality at the forefront of his ethos. Someday, HLVB will be delivering his band’s Visas.

Carolina has over 12 years of experience working in finance and human resources. She is a quick problem solver and with her people skills always gives her best to make sure our clients receive a prime service and feel guided throughout the process.

Besides filling out forms and paying strong attention to every detail; she also loves teaching yoga and mindfulness and delivering her therapeutic sessions with tarot.

Outside her work with HLVB, Candela is an actress and voice-over artist, and has over 13 years of experience in customer care as an agent, supervisor and team leader in both her home country, Spain, and in the UK.
This has given her a strong understanding of both creative and corporate environments, where her communication skills, determination and attention to detail have enabled her to provide an exceptional level of service. She is passionate about ensuring every client feels supported and guided throughout each step of the process.

Ximena created HLVB after being on the road for more than 15 years as a Tour Manager and Production Coordinator. During those years Ximena toured the world proudly identifying herself at every border with a Colombian passport this “challenge” subsequently helped her gain a lot of patience and knowledge in touring immigration, she has been there and most certainly she has done that.

As a project assistant at one of the main sound hire companies in the UK, then as a manager in charge of running one of the most renowned rehearsal studios in London, Leila has worked with all levels of the live entertainment industry from the crew to the artist over the last 10 years.

When it comes to “getting the show on the road” she knows that every member of the team is crucial to its success and she always makes sure the show gets on the road. Used to accommodating varied and unique circumstances, Leila knows attention to detail and communication with the client is paramount in the exceedingly fluctuating circumstances in the entertainment industry. Leila’s skills fortify Hasta La Visa Baby in order to provide the best service to our clients.

As a business manager Juliana has over 6 years of experience in both her home country Colombia and in the UK. She is bringing new insight to Hasta La Visa Baby thanks to her experience, strong attention to detail, problem solving and management skills.

Likewise, she supports Ximena in overseeing all clients’s cases, reassuring them with a proper follow up and being in frequent contact with them. Juliana also supports couriers with the logistics and providing any information required regarding collection and delivery tasks.

Alex toured and recorded for 25 years as a professional musician. As the bass player, he was reputed to be the only person in the band who ever read the day sheet and knew what was going on, without even having a smart phone.

Now he brings his experience of being the person needing to travel to Hasta La Visa Baby to help fellow musicians get the boring paperwork filled in correctly and out on the road to make a right old noise without delay.

Lina's career has taken her across borders, working with international brands on marketing strategy, branding, and graphic design. Her work in scenography for live shows gives her a front-row understanding of what it takes to get a production off the ground — and how much is riding on every detail going right.
At HLVB, Lina is a friendly face clients can count on, always ready with a solution. With a love for travel woven into everything she does, she knows firsthand that the world is better when you can move through it freely

Outside of his work with HLVB, Sol is a session musician and artist, and a BRIT School alum, with a background in recording studios and music production.
His experience performing and collaborating as part of musical projects gives him a strong understanding of the music industry and the role visas play for touring artists.
As a courier for HLVB, he ensures visas are delivered securely and professionally.

Euan is an artist and BRIT School alumni based in North London. With a repertoire of performances at diverse venues across London, including collaborations with prominent artists, he possesses a keen awareness of the importance of organisation.
Committed to executing tasks with utmost precision, Euan prioritises excellence in all endeavours.
